Practice Indemnity Insurance "12 for 9" Offer

Terms & Conditions

The Offer of 12 months of cover for the cost of 9 months:
  • Is available for:
    • New Quotations for policies for Practice Indemnity Insurance and Healthcare Entity Indemnity Insurance where cover commences with MIGA on or after 1 May 2024 and on or before 31 January 2025
    • Policies where the annual base premium (before the discount) is at least $1,200 excluding taxes and charges
    • Policies where the Policy Limit is at least $5,000,000 in the aggregate
    • Eligible Practice Business (GP Non-Procedural Practices, Specialist Practices and GP Procedural Practices) where the annual turnover is less than $10,000,000
    • The first 12 months of cover, after which pricing will revert to MIGA’s annual pricing on renewal
  • Does not apply to:
    • Businesses that do not meet MIGA's underwriting guidelines and requirements
    • Current policyholders of Professional Indemnity Insurance for Healthcare Companies with MIGA
  • The premium must be paid in full within 14 days of the cover commencing or you must have successfully entered into a direct debit arrangement and paid at least your first instalment
  • MIGA reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time, other than in relation to policies which have already commenced or written quotations that have not expired
  • This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

In addition to the above policy holders will receive 1 Qantas Point for every $1 paid to MIGA for their insurance which is subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions and the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions.
